The Children's Hotline is a service established in 2009 by the Hopeful Future Youth Organization under the program of the NGO Alliance for Children's Rights with the support of Azercell Telecom Company, UNICEF's office in Azerbaijan, Save the Children, the Ministry of Education and the World Vision organization.
